I have an F11 520d 2013 with a N47T engine at 300,000Km and my dealer just 1) changed the EGR (under a recall), 2) cleaned the entire air intake system which I requested them to do and 3) changed the intake manifold gasket (part #: 11617812938) as it was really dirty and had some play in 2 of the 4 flaps.
